About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Infrastructure & Cloud Support Consultant to provide overnight operational support in a 24x7 hybrid IT environment. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Infrastructure, and VMware will be crucial in maintaining the operational health of our clients systems. You'll be at the forefront of solving critical challenges, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver first-level technical support and proactive monitoring for Citrix Cloud, Azure, AVD, Windows, VMware, and more.

- Respond swiftly to alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and routine health checks.

- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate documentation for seamless handovers.

Must-Have Skills:

- 4–7 years of IT infrastructure experience, with strong expertise in Azure, Windows, and VMware.

- Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools like Grafana and Azure Monitor.

- A proactive approach to automation, continuous improvement, and compliance.
