ABOUT THE ROLE
Cuemath is scaling its creator and influencer program in the United States one of our highest-priority growth markets. As an Associate on the Influencer Marketing team, you will own end-to-end creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a sharp focus on reaching NRI, South Asian, and broader Asian-American parent audiences. You will source and vet creators, brief and manage campaigns, and bring a data-first lens to everything from creator selection to performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Discovery & Vetting
- Research and identify influencer talent across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok with a focus on US-based NRI/South Asian and Asian-American parent communities
- Evaluate creator profiles using engagement rate, audience demographics, and comment language signals
- Maintain and update a standing creator bench of vetted talent across follower tiers (nano, micro, macro)
Campaign Execution
- Brief creators, manage deliverables, review content for brand compliance, and coordinate approvals across internal stakeholders
- Develop campaign scripts and talking points aligned to Cuemath's US brand guidelines and target audience messaging
- Coordinate campaign timelines, go-lives, and post-live tracking across simultaneous creator cohorts
Data & Performance
- Track and report on core performance metrics: CPV, CPL, qualified leads, trial bookings, and cost per enrolment
- Build and maintain campaign trackers; generate weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership
- Analyze ROAS across creator cohorts and surface actionable insights to optimize spend allocation
Market & Platform Intelligence
- Stay current on US creator economy trends and platform algorithm changes across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Monitor competing edtech brands influencer strategies and report findings to the team
- Identify emerging creator formats and content trends relevant to the NRI and Asian-American parent audience
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–4 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience, preferably in a consumer-facing or edtech brand
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed), YouTube (Shorts and long-form), and TikTok — content formats, discovery mechanics, and campaign workflows
- Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape, Australia & ME markets with familiarity with NRI, South Asian, or Asian-American creator communities being a significant plus
- Comfort reading and interpreting audience demographic and performance data
- Ability to pull, analyze, and present campaign performance — you can build a tracker, calculate ROAS, and tell the story behind the numbers
- Excellent written English; ability to write and review creator briefs, scripts, and campaign communications independently
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience marketing to South Asian diaspora or immigrant parent audiences in the US
- Background in edtech, kids learning, or subscription-based products
- Experience working with macro-level creators (500K+ followers) and managing multi-tiered influencer programs
- Conversational proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or another South Asian language
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 days – You have completed onboarding, understand Cuemath's US campaign architecture and brand guidelines, and have contributed to at least one active creator cohort.
60 days – You are independently managing creator outreach, briefs, and timelines. Your trackers are clean, timely, and trusted by the team.
90 days – You have surfaced data-backed insights from live campaign performance, made a measurable contribution to creator pipeline quality, and have ideas for the next wave of creator activations.
