About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Influencer Marketing to support end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and campaign execution. This role involves coordinating with influencers, internal teams, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery for brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to campaign completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Planning, Pricing, and Campaign Management to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure influencers post content as per timelines and brand guidelines.
- Maintain campaign trackers and monitor progress of ongoing campaigns.
Influencer Coordination
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand requirements, audience demographics, and campaign objectives.
- Reach out to influencers or talent managers for collaboration opportunities.
- Brief influencers about campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure influencers follow brand guidelines and content approvals before posting.
Content and Deliverables Management
- Coordinate with influencers to collect content drafts for brand approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables including posts, reels, stories, and links.
- Monitor influencer posts for quality, compliance, and accuracy.
Campaign Reporting & Tracking
- Track campaign performance including views, engagement, reach, and impressions.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and share insights with the internal team.
- Maintain organized records of influencer collaborations and campaign data.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Ensure smooth communication between influencers and internal teams.
- Support in resolving campaign-related issues or delays.
Market Research & Trends
- Stay updated with social media trends, influencer content formats, and platform updates.
- Identify emerging influencers across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Provide inputs on trending content ideas that can be leveraged for campaigns.
