Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Operations & Implementation Specialist to bridge the gap between Business and Technology teams, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of our research product offerings. You will take ownership of the data lifecycle, mapping, and validation process, directly enhancing client experience through robust data governance, UAT support, and report automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integrity & Management: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for data taxonomy, independently developing mapping and validation rules to ensure the structural integrity and logical soundness of data across internal apps.
• Product Delivery & Reporting: Set up and manage deliverables, proactively enhancing ingestion processes and reporting using Python/VBA, SQL, and QlikView/NPrinting to maximize efficiency.
• Implementation & UAT: Directly facilitate decisions regarding data accuracy during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), finalizing the implementation of new data products.
• Process Improvement: Propose, own, and pilot automation projects to improve internal effectiveness in collaboration with IT.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide level 1 support, autonomously resolving data issues and advising internal stakeholders on product queries.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant quantitative field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data management, governance, or financial data operations.
• Technical Proficiencies: Strong SQL skills, proficient in Python or Excel VBA, and experience with reporting tools (e.g., QlikView, NPrinting).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, root cause analysis, strategic mindset, and ability to bridge technical and business requirements
