Associate III - T24 with Production Support

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and resolve production issues in T24 environments (R17+), including COB batch jobs and EEE.
2. Design and support T24 versions, enquiries, APIs, and local developments with hands-on troubleshooting.
3. Create SOPs, automate recurring issues, and mentor junior team members on production workflows.
4. Escalate incidents per SLA, maintain documentation, and implement dashboards/runbooks for system health.

Job Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in T24 Production Support with knowledge of TAFJ, DBTools, and Design Studio.
2. Proficient in SQL and core banking modules including Securities, Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
3. Experience in COB batch optimization, multi-threaded routines, and Agile-based support environments.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and release management experience in banking/Temenos platforms.
