Associate III - Cloud Infrastructure Services

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage end user computing solutions.
2. Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards to provide real-time insights.
3. Lead and mentor a team of end user compute engineers.
4. Manage vendor relationships and oversee end user computing projects.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in end user computing.
2. Proven experience with ServiceNow dashboard creation.
3. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
