- Aftermarket support
- Provide support to customers and sales staff in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management
- Prepares reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
- Work with finance team on monthly sales receivable.
- Prepare & Submit monthly Aftermarket revenue generation report.
- General Administration
- General Sales Administration tasks such as event planning (sales meetings, seminars, etc.), meeting coordination, and occasional assistance with travel.
- Maintain Customer install base, vendor database.
- Maintain AERB portal.
- Agreements and Filing
- Assist Engineers on NDA and route through proper channel for approvals.
- Route legal agreements to proper channel to ensure compliance and due process.
- Develop a process to track aging of Distributor and Customer contracts and ensure that all contracts are kept up to date.
- Logistic support
- Monitor import/export pre-alerts carefully and start import/export declarations in a timely manner.
- Monitor import/export shipments until the goods arrive at destination.
- Track urgent shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Ensure required documentation and system records are completed in a timely manner for all records of import/export shipments.
- Resolve problems during daily import operation, such as goods delay/damage claim, etc.
- Utilize Logistics System (such as SAP, WMS) to track information.
- Analyze Import/Export Data to improve delivery times and reduce costs
- Provide timely and accurate Import/Export Monthly reports for upper management.
- Interface with forwarders/Customs brokers/overseas shippers by the phone and through emails for import tracking.
- Optimize operations procedures to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders from other departments in the company Division to achieve winwin situations.
