About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:- Manage identity lifecycle operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reconciliation activities.
- Configure and support SSO, federation, MFA integrations, and identity flows for enterprise and CIAM applications.
- Conduct access certification, SoD analysis, and access governance reviews to ensure compliance.
- Operate privileged access management (PAM) processes including account onboarding, session monitoring, and password rotation.
- Troubleshoot identity-related incidents and coordinate with directory/application teams for resolution.
- Document IAM processes, integrations, playbooks, and standard configuration patterns.
- Provide audit evidence relating to access controls, IAM logs, and policy enforcement.
- Identity Lifecycle & IGA (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, Certifications, SoD)
- Operate and improve provisioning/deprovisioning, periodic reconciliations, access certifications, SoD rule design/exceptions, connector management, and role/entitlement moClienting.
- Tools: SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Tuebora, Cross Identity.
SSO, Federation & MFA (Workforce & CIAM)- Configure/support SAML/OIDC/OAuth flows, claims/tokens, session management; implement Conditional Access/adaptive MFA; onboard enterprise & customer apps and streamline user journeys.
- Tools: Microsoft, Okta, Cymmetri
Privileged Access Management (PAM)- Onboard privileged accounts/secrets, vault & rotate credentials/keys, enforce approvals/checkout, implement JIT/JEA, session monitoring/recording, break glass handling, and periodic entitlement reviews.
- Tools: CyberArk, Saviynt, Microsoft
Logging, Audit & Evidence- Ensure IAM log coverage/retention, SIEM integration, alerting on high risk events; prepare audit evidence packs (control narratives, samples, exports/screenshots) and support audit closure.
- Tools: Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk.
Assessments & Configuration Reviews- Perform targeted reviews of IGA policies (certifications/SoD), SSO/MFA/Conditional Access, PAM controls, CIAM journeys; recommend remediation and guardrails aligned to standards.
Incident Management & Support- Triage and resolve identityrelated incidents, coordinate with directory/application teams, perform RCA, and implement preventive controls.
- Tools: Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk plus SIEM integrations.
Documentation & Standards- Develop and maintain IAM runbooks, playbooks, integration mappings, and standard configuration patterns/templates; keep evidence scripts and screenshots current.

Qualifications:- Primary Skill(s) SAP SD
- Experience Sr Consultant - 5 to 7 Yrs
Shift Timing US Shift (Major part will be India time; for critical phases US time to be followed)
