Job Description
Job Description:
- Support a wide range of HR activities, including HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, and operational HR processes.
- Work closely with the HR Lead to implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy rollouts aligned with business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and support the development of best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and develop HR agendas aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management,career development & team effectiveness
- Monitor team morale and sentiment through feedback channels and direct engagement identify potential issues early and propose proactive, actionable solutions
- Analyse people data and team health metrics to generate insights that support decision-making
- Champion and uphold company culture and values across all areas of work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of HR related experiences
- Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment is a plus.
