The HR Center of Excellence (CoE) acts as the innovation hub, driving transformation, digitalization, and operational excellence across HR.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a HR Transformation Associate to join the client's HR Center of Excellence on a 5-month contractual engagement based in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Transformation Lead and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale strategic HR initiatives that elevate efficiency, digital maturity, and employee experience. This role is suited for professionals who are passionate about reengineering HR through technology, data, and innovation and who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement fit-for-purpose HR technologies to streamline and digitalize HR operations.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and elevate service delivery.
  • Optimize workflows across the Hire to Retire lifecycle for seamless interconnected processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
  • Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and oversee project execution.
  • Integrate data to enable informed, agile decision-making across the HR function.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-8 years of experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, or HR Analytics.
  • Proven experience leading at least one HR transformation project leveraging HR technology (e.g., HCM or ATS).
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; HR analytics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in HR is a plus.
  • Education: PGDM or MBA (or equivalent).

Contract Duration: 5 months

Location: Mumbai or Pune
