Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentations
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
- Assist with payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly HR reports.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR processes.
- Support the execution and communication of HR policies and processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR trackers and reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of employee-related matters.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained in line with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.
- Required Skills:
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations preferably in an ITService industry.
- Candidates with relevant HR certification courses and a strong understanding of basic HR processes may also be considered.
- Qualification:
- Bachelors in HR or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
