Your Role in the Transformation

As an Associate in HR Operations, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and customer‑focused HR support. You'll handle inbound inquiries, manage HR transactions in Workday and other HRMS systems, and ensure data accuracy while meeting SLA commitments. This role places you at the frontline of Baxter's transformation, where your service builds trust, strengthens employee experience, and reinforces operational reliability.

What You'll Drive and Deliver

  • Provide Tier 1 HR support via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and time‑off.
  • Triage and route complex cases to Tier 2/SME teams.
  • Meet SLA targets for response and resolution times.
  • Document all interactions accurately in ServiceNow/ticketing systems.
  • Support employee onboarding queries and new hire orientation.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and follow up on open cases.
  • Process Workday transactions (new hires, job changes, terminations, transfers).
  • Manage employee data updates and corrections in HRMS.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Create and update employee documentation (letters, contracts, amendments).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
  • Support audits, integrity checks, and adherence to SOPs.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes with professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and processes.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
  • Hands‑on Workday experience (transactions, business processes mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with process orientation.
  • Basic Excel skills.

Your Background

  • Graduate/Degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months-2 years of experience in HR support.
  • Lean certification (optional).
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

This role operates on rotational shifts across regions. Working hours will vary depending on shift schedules, requiring adaptability to support operations seamlessly across Europe and the Americas.
