Job Responsibilities

  • Support clients by designing and implementing strategies to foster motivation and drive organizational transformation.

  • Actively identify local market opportunities and build strong client relationships to expand our business in the Southeast Asia region.

  • Analyse employee survey data to diagnose organisational strengths and cultural challenges, delivering data-driven insights to clients.

  • Consult and co-create solutions with C-suite executives and HR leaders, translating business challenges into customised transformation and change management strategies.

  • Support pipeline growth by identifying and engaging with corporations facing complex organisational issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience candidates without direct industry experience but with a genuine interest in organisational transformation are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any field.

  • Strong command of English to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Conversational to business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) is required to support the overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.

  • Thrives in a start-up-like setting with a proactive, self-starter mindset.

  • Willingness to work on-site and travel for client engagements as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Note: As visa sponsorship is not available for this junior-level position, we are prioritizing candidates who currently possess the right to work in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)

  • Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (including Chinese) is a plus to further support regional expansion.

  • Familiarity with behavioural economics, psychology, or organisational behaviour is highly advantageous.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Salary Range: SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

  • Bonus: Variable Bonus based on company and individual performance (distributed 4 times per year)

  • Leave Entitlement: 14 days of Annual Leave, plus standard Medical Leave
