Job Responsibilities :

• Perform Literature search for identified Adjuvants to determine synthesis route, Polymorphs, and analytical methods
• Conduct experimental trials to assess feasibility and optimization.
• Record all experiments in the laboratory notebook (LNB) and maintain corresponding analytical data in organized folders.
• Ensure all documentation meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Analytical Research and Development (ARD) team on method development, in-process testing, and reference standards qualification.
• Participate in technology transfer at pilot and commercial scale.
• Prepare samples as per the customer's requirement.
• Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower working with R&D.
