Role Summary
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Ops Associate to drive execution across lifecycle campaigns, funnel operations, and reporting. You will work closely with growth, product, analytics, marketing and design teams to ensure smooth execution of user journeys and growth initiatives across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and execute lifecycle campaigns across CRM channels (push, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app, email) in Moengage/Clevertap
- Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and user journey execution (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement)
- Support execution of growth experiments and funnel initiatives
- Generate and maintain regular reports on activation, conversion,
- Ensure accurate event tracking and maintain data hygiene across tools
- Manage operational tasks such as documentation, agreements, and coordination with internal teams
- Build and maintain SOPs for campaign execution, reporting, and lifecycle workflows
- Coordinate with product, analytics, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in growth ops, lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and execution rigor
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.)
- Basic understanding of user funnels (activation, retention, engagement)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech / consumer apps
- Exposure to user segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifecycle journeys
- Understanding of referral programs
- Ability to write clear, concise content for user communications
