We're looking for a high-agency growth operator who can build and scale organic acquisition channels through content, distribution, and experimentation.
This is an execution-first role for someone who understands how attention converts into growth. You will own content-led growth initiatives across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, communities, and short-form platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale organic growth channels through content, distribution, and partnerships
- Create high-performing content formats: hooks, threads, carousels, reels, and short-form videos
- Execute content distribution strategies across communities, newsletters, creator networks, and partnerships
- Build lead magnets and conversion funnels to drive qualified leads and engagement
- Run rapid experiments on content formats, messaging, and audience targeting
- Track growth metrics across reach, engagement, conversions, and lead generation
- Collaborate closely with design, video, and marketing teams to execute quickly
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in growth, organic marketing, content, or social media roles
- Proven portfolio of high-performing or viral content
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems
- Excellent copywriting, hook-writing, and storytelling ability
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Notion, and analytics tools
