We are hiring: Associate Growth Manager (Full-Stack Growth | AI + Content + Distribution)
High-ownership IC role & NOT support or coordination. You will independently build and own growth systems across:
- content-led acquisition
- AI-driven workflows
- outbound systems
- partnerships
- growth experiments
Role Responsibilities
- Design, prioritize, and run growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, implementation, analysis, and scale.
- Develop content strategies that drive organic acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain AI + automation workflows to improve efficiency and personalization.
- Own outbound playbooks and sequence optimization to generate pipeline.
- Analyze funnels, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement measurable improvements.
- Create reproducible playbooks and communicate results to stakeholders.
Key Skills (required)
- Organic growth & content strategy with demonstrated impact on acquisition or engagement.
- Outbound: email and LinkedIn outreach experience and optimization.
- Funnels & conversion optimization with a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience building AI + automation workflows (no-code or code).
- Experimentation mindset: able to run, measure, and iterate on experiments.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to document playbooks and present results.
Tools
ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, Airtable, CRM tools, email outreach tools, LinkedIn tools, Canva, CapCut (experience with these or similar tools preferred).
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, full-stack growth, or a closely related function (startup experience is a plus).
- Proven track record with measurable outcomes (e.g., % growth in acquisition, conversion lift, pipeline contribution).
- Portfolio / proof of work is mandatory — include case studies with concrete metrics, links, screenshots, templates, or playbooks.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to independently own projects from build to scale and work asynchronously with stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with AI/ML integration in growth workflows and advanced automation.
- Prior experience at early-stage startups or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
You will own outcomes end-to-end: build & execute & scale.
Portfolio/proof of work is mandatory.
