Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Achieve annual revenue targets through new wins and sustaining existing business.
- Ensure customer delight and achieve CSAT survey targets through delivery excellence.
- Manage key engagements/projects and address delivery challenges with offshore teams.
- Address onsite staffing needs and periodically review with customer contacts, updating SLK management.
- Collaborate with customer sourcing teams for timely Work Order/SOW sign-off and invoice collection.
- Regular status reporting and manage compliance-related matters with customers.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment team for fulfilling onsite positions.
- Ensure talent management through upskilling and succession/progression planning.
- Maintain attrition below prescribed targets for the LOB/CBU.
- Ensure required gross margin targets are met while onboarding new candidates.
