Associate Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

• Design marketing campaignsend-to-end social media, paid ads, graphics for landing pages, emails, and more
• Shape our visual identityacross platforms and formats, evolving our style as we grow
• Build beautiful, editorial-stylewhitepapers, reports, and presentationsthat peopleactuallywant to read
• Own the visual experience of events from digital banners to physical booth design
• Work closely with marketers and writers to bring ideas to life through clean, clever visuals
• Organize and grow adesign asset librarythat speeds up production and inspires creativity
• Bring a strong point of view to creative brainstorms we want your voice in the room

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in a marketing or agency context
• A portfolio that shows strong storytelling, layout, and visual identity chops
• Expertise inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) andFigma
• Confidence in juggling multiple projects and turning around high-quality work quickly
• A keen eye for detail, color, typography and the craft to pull it all together
• Excitement about building something from the ground up, not just following a style guide

Bonus Points

• Experience withmotion graphicsor light video editing
• Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, or Miro
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or fast-moving B2B environments
• Comfort designing for bothprint and digitalformats
