Associate Graphic Designer, RudraSetu

Jankipuram, Lucknow (in-office) | Full-time

Role Type - Freshers Only

Experience - 0-1 years

About RudraSetu

RudraSetu is a growing D2C spiritual brand. We sell authentic Rudraksha, malas and bracelets through our own online store. We're a small team, so your work goes live quickly and you'll see its impact directly.

What you'll do

Design creatives for our social media: posts, carousels, stories and reels
Design website banners and edit product images for our online store
Photograph new products as needed (about once every two months, 10–20 products per shoot)
Create ad creatives, especially AI video ads and reels, and support our marketing agency with ad creative needs
Create other graphics as the business needs them
Help with order packaging when needed. Everyone at RudraSetu learns the packaging steps

What we're looking for

Strong design basics: layout, typography, colour and brand consistency
Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, image editing and video
Speed and consistency. We value regular, reliable output over a handful of polished pieces.
An analytical mindset: willing to look at what performs and improve based on it
Clear communication and professional conduct
Basic product photography skills (a plus)
Interest in the spiritual or lifestyle space (a plus)

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM
Sunday: weekly off
