Refold was founded by Jugal Anchalia & Abhishek Kumar, who sold their previous startup to Netmeds; they have also been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. They have experience at organisations such as Nomura, JioMart, InstaMojo, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee. We are funded by marquee investors, including Eniac Ventures, Tidal Ventures, Karman Ventures, Ahead VC & Better Capital.

We're assembling a founding team of people who learn fast, raise the bar, and shape the company from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social media. LinkedIn and adjacent channels — a mix of fresh creative work and fast turnarounds from existing templates. This is the highest-volume, most regular part of the role.
• Sales collateral. One-pagers, datasheets, partner brochures, and named-account leave-behinds. Often audience-specific versions of the same core content.
• Website. Page layouts and supporting imagery — blog headers, careers and product pages — designed in Figma and handed to development.
• Event and booth assets. Backdrops, standees, printed collateral, and branded merchandise for conferences. This work is deadline-driven and involves print specs and vendor artwork requirements.
• Video visual frames. Frames and motion-ready assets for short-form video.
• Design system upkeep. Building and maintaining components, templates, and icon libraries in Figma so that repeat work gets faster over time.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• A portfolio showing layout and typography work. We care far more about this than your CV — show us real projects and tell us what you decided and why.
• Working knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, and text styles. If you've built or maintained a component library, say so.
• Adobe Creative Suite, or a demonstrated equivalent.
• The ability to work inside an existing brand system rather than restyling everything to taste.
• Clear written communication. You'll be briefing vendors and taking feedback asynchronously over Slack.

Nice to Have:

• Print production knowledge — bleed, CMYK versus spot colour, Pantone matching, working to a printer's ICC profile. A lot of our event work is print, and this is rarer than it should be.
• Basic motion work in After Effects or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI design tools. We use them, and we'd rather talk openly about where they help.
