Role: Associate – Graphic Designer
Location: Bangalore
What you will do:
- Lead creative execution for Internal Communications, designing engaging assets for announcements, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership communication.
- Work on creatives for Social Media platforms, ensuring brand alignment and platform relevance.
- Work with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Nano Banana, HeyGen etc to execute high-quality designs & edits.
- Use AI tools for design ideation, image generation, video generation and other creative areas to improve speed, creativity, and impact
- Support video editing and reel creation, including simple motion graphics and transitions for social media and internal campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design,
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and AI tools
- Profiency in video editing and reel creation.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity.
