Shape pricing strategies that unlock access to life-changing diabetes and cardiovascular treatments for patients worldwide.

Your new role


As Associate Global Pricing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting pricing strategies for our diabetes and cardiovascular therapy area, including Ziltivekimab and our early pipeline. You'll transform data into actionable insights that guide critical decisions-from launch sequences Optimization to long-term forecasts-ensuring our innovative treatments reach the patients who need them most.


Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Contributing to pricing strategies and guidance across the diabetes and cardiovascular portfolio through delivery of high-quality pricing insights
  • Managing assigned components of pricing strategy, guidance, and forecast development to support business planning and investment decision
  • Sourcing data from multiple databases, affiliates, and regions, and conducting in-depth analysis to develop multiple scenarios-covering International Reference Pricing (IRP), MFN, channel-specific pricing (OOP/reimbursement), loss of exclusivity, competitor pricing, volume uptake, and other key factors
  • End to end involvement in supporting LCM valuation projects specially for Ziltivekimab
  • Collaborating with Market Access, Commercial, and regional teams to align pricing work with clinical profiles and competitive dynamics
  • Developing reports, tools, and dashboards that visualize pricing landscapes and drive strategic discussions
  • Driving innovation in pricing operations through automation in Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Supporting operational pricing initiatives including price business cases, launch sequence planning and Pricing Mandates to regions & affiliates

In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
The P&PS organisation connects the Novo Nordisk innovation engine with commercial operations and patients, providing strategic guidance for sustained competitiveness. As part of our Global Pricing team, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and patient access-translating complex data into insights that shape how we bring transformative therapies to market globally.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an Associate Global Pricing Lead who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and a passion for improving patient access. You'll bring with you:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, MBA, or equivalent degree within Pharma, eco-nomics, business administration, or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma pricing, market access, business analytics or finance from an affiliate, regional or headquarter role, or from a consultancy
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and influence decisions toward patient access and business goals
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to automate reports and create compelling data visualizations in Power BI and other tools
  • Business acumen with strategic and operational thinking-able to identify solutions that balance patient access with commercial objectives
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Having skills in utilizing AI tools for everyday tasks will be an added advantage
