Job Description

Join a global CCS team transforming how costs and commissions are managed across markets. You will centralize, automate, and bring transparency to reduce costs and unlock revenue. You'll elevate client experience by delivering analytics-driven insights and robust controls across F&O, Cleared OTC, FX Prime Brokerage, and Research services.

Job Summary: As an Analytics and Controls Lead within Cost and Commission Services (CCS), you drive analytics strategy and control effectiveness for global billing and commissions. You partner with leadership and BAU teams to self-solve process issues, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency and quality. You deliver actionable insights and governance frameworks that scale across connectivity to 63 exchanges and 41 clearing houses, enhancing client experience and business value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead root cause analysis and process improvements across CCS billing functions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of reports, dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Identify risk areas in CCS commission functions, categorize severity, and recommend remediation.
  • Monitor KRIs, conduct control testing, and report results to senior management and committees.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and comprehensive gap analyses to surface control deficiencies.
  • Design and deploy targeted tactical controls to address identified risks.
  • Establish governance frameworks and strategic roadmaps to advance control maturity.
  • Harmonize control processes end-to-end across multi-location CCS within complex technology environments.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bring 7+ years of experience across the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Operate as an individual contributor, independently driving control-led initiatives.
  • Use data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI and apply data warehousing concepts.
  • Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously with disciplined project management.
  • Communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of CCS commission functions and client charging set-ups.
  • Apply experience with execution and clearing services for F&O, Cleared OTC, and FX Prime Brokerage.
  • Utilize familiarity with Data Analytics and Research services to inform commercial and control design.
  • Navigate global exchange and clearing connectivity to support scalable controls.
  • Employ advanced analytics methods, including predictive modeling and statistical techniques.
  • Drive governance and control harmonization across diverse lines of business and product suites.
  • Operate in a self-solve mode to independently structure and deliver control-driven improvements.
