Associate, Global Client Solutions (US Hours)

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for:

Expert Identification & Engagement

• Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject-matter experts aligned with client requests.
• Assess expert relevance and ensure strong project fit.

Client Relationship Management

• Manage client communication during the US shift.
• Build trust-based relationships and understand core project needs.

Expert Support

• Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Revenue Growth

• Drive revenue by sourcing high-quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling avenues.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.
• Deliver sharp insights on industries, markets, and trending topics.

Preferred Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and client-centric environment.

Location:

• Mumbai-based candidates who can work remotely.
• Must be comfortable working the US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
