Overview
The T3 Associate supports end-to-end operations delivery with a strong focus on Benefits and Pensions administration, process accuracy, data analytics and continuous improvement. This role ensures seamless transactional operations and delivers exceptional employee experience through effective case management and collaboration across global locations.
Your role
- Case Management: Resolve employee and HR queries via ServiceNow, maintaining SLAs and quality standards.
- Benefits and Pensions Administration: Support global benefits and Pensions processes (health, flex benefits, insurance) and respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Quality & Audits: Conduct regular audits, maintain documentations, SOPs, and drive process improvements.
- Collaboration: Partner with employees, managers, HR teams, and COEs for smooth operations and HR initiatives.
- System Expertise: Utilize systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday), and Tools (e.g. MS Office, co-pilot) available for reporting, dashboards, analytics and insights.
About you
- Core Competencies & Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook etc) proficient data analytic and reporting capability.
- Problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and logical reasoning, attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement through simplification and automation.
- Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with HR/Benefits platforms (Workday, Darwin, Oracle, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of global benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Global SIP and Shares Savings Plan Knowledge will be an advantage.
