Associate General Manager-Supply ChainBusiness : Piramal Pharma Solutions Band : 3B Department : Supply Chain Location :PithampurJob Description Business : Piramal Pharma Solutions Band : 3B Department : Supply Chain Location :Pithampur Job Overview : - Being IBP Leader for a site, Responsible for driving S&OP, overseeing and managing overall supply chain, Customer Service, Demand-Supply (RCCP) Planning, Procurement & Logistics Planning activities to maximize process efficiency and profitability for a Site. Key Responsibilities - Accountable for end to end planning & execution of S&OP, Demand & Supply planning, materials planning, logistics planning & customer service for site. - Oversee supply chain functions at site for compliance as per regulatory, quality, MSA and organization policy. - Participate in design, be change agent & accountable for implementation of SCM Initiatives at site for increasing productivity through Digitalization, Standardization & Automation. - Collaborate with customers for handling Demand & Supply gaps on escalation basis and highlight key concerns wrt supply chain during engagement with customers. - Participate in design and accountable for implementation of the SCM KPIs at site. - Responsible for LRP, Capacity planning to identify & resolve critical path/ bottlenecks in supply chain. - Drive & Execute monthly S&OP for site with SLC, conclude & drive critical decisions for identified risk,opportunity and associated mitigation/actions plans. - Oversee budget vs LOS performance and ensure short to medium term tactical plans to meet targets. - Oversee execution of Supply chain processes through GDAC teams for site & Collaborate with GDAC Lead for improvements in processes. - Drive & optimize 3 months Rolling production plan for meeting financial targets like EBITDA, working capital, Revenue, Capacity utilization. - Accountable for tracking & driving action plans to meet/ improve SCM KPIs- OTIF, Forecast accuracy, backorders, C vs A, Inventory days, etc. for site. - Define JD for team & develop skill improvement plan for team. - Identify, finalize, coordinate & implement along with sourcing team, key AVD projects for risk mitigation. - Accountable for full kitting of production plan by ensuring availability right inventory at right time. - Review & track action plans to achieve target for Inventory days & COPQ along with Targets for Customer OTIF & Sales. - Review master data hygiene performance and ensure monthly planning runs execution as per defined S&OP calendar. - Review & drive consensus demand planning process to improve upstream efficiencies. - Drive end to end sales tracking starting with Manufacturing to QC release to dispatch planning & execution through team. Essential Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmacy/ Engineering/ Post Graduate in Supply Chain Relevant Experience >12 years and shall have independently lead S&OP and supply chain functions of manufacturing unit involved in drug products for 5 years.Full time
