Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of Thermal Projects from planning to execution.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and financials to achieve project profitability.
- Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout project execution.
