Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
MEP Design professional to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for large-scale residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP design and engineering for multiple projects from concept to execution.
- Review and approve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV and other MEP designs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, contractors and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant NBC, IS codes and international standards.
- Review design calculations, drawings, BOQs, specifications and tender documents.
- Identify design gaps, clashes and constructability issues and provide solutions.
- Manage MEP consultants and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
- Conduct technical reviews and value-engineering exercises to optimize project cost.
- Support project teams during execution and resolve site/design-related technical issues.
- Ensure quality, safety, energy efficiency and sustainability requirements are incorporated.
- Lead MEP design coordination using AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and Navisworks.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- M.E./M.Tech or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in MEP design consultancy / real estate / EPC / construction environments.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use or large-scale real estate projects.
- Excellent understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Experience managing MEP consultants and design teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills.
