Associate General Manager – Information TechnologyExperience
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 8+ years in leadership roles driving platform strategy and digital transformation.
- Proven success in modernizing legacy applications, migrating to cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms, and leading large-scale IT transformations in regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare).
- Demonstrated experience in hands-on solution design, acting as a technical SME in addition to people and vendor leadership.
Core Skills
Platform & Architecture
- Strong expertise in enterprise platforms, workflow automation, integration frameworks, and application modernization.
- Deep understanding of platform governance, data integrity, compliance, and change management in regulated environments.
Emerging Technologies (Hands-on)
AI / GenAI / LLMs
Hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and enterprise GenAI adoption patterns.
Experience designing LLM-powered use cases such as document intelligence, knowledge assistants, workflow automation, and decision support systems.
Python Development
Strong working knowledge of Python for building AI workflows, backend services, automation scripts, and integrations.
Ability to review, guide, and contribute to production-grade Python codebases.
Experience with RPA, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, cloud-native architectures, analytics, and data platforms.
Exposure to Microsoft / Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LCNC platforms) preferred.
