Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate General Manager (AGM) – Sales (L3) to lead large-scale sales team. In this role, you will manage multiple layers of the sales organization, including Associates, Senior Associates, L1 and L2 Managers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling sales operations, building high-performing teams, and ensuring strong customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a multi-layered sales organization including Associates, Senior Associates, L1 and L2 Managers.
• Drive overall revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth across regions.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end sales funnel including lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Analyze business performance metrics and drive data-backed decisions.
• Build scalable processes and optimize sales operations.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams for business expansion.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Sales (Ed-Tech preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience managing multi-layered sales teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving large-scale revenue targets.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive growth and scale operations.
Languages Preferred
English and Hindi (mandatory).
