Responsibilities
1 Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks
2 Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and business impact
3 Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective
4 Building partnerships with the project's stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions
5 Investigating customer expectations and responding to their feedback
6 Contextualizing organizational goals and shifts, recognizing opportunities, and turning those into business value
7 Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project sponsors and leadership team
8 Ensure Project Management standards and WoW are adopted as per SoPs
9 Implement standards, processes, and tools used for effective project management and maintain all project-related documentation and deliverables
10 Define digital project governance frameworks, including decision-making processes and escalation paths.
11 Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital project management best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology
- Understanding of digital technologies, including emerging trends such as AI, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Data analytics. Had prior experience in effectively managing and deployed them.
- Prior experience of managing multiple large-scale projects with a large number of different projects or has been responsible for large projects with innovative/operational character and with a long-term strategic goal, involving multiple business domains within the company and/or external business partners and/or customers.
- Able to set and develop strategic direction in close alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Organizational understanding and in-depth knowledge of all business/functions, competitors, and market trends and ability to translate this into strategic objectives
- Uses emotional intelligence to build highly effective project teams by fostering excellent cross-functional and cross-business communications between internal and external project resources, guiding, and motivating team members and integrating the work of others to achieve business objectives.
