Associate General Manager - Corporate Strategy & Project Management will be responsible for building the Corporate Strategy for India in close interaction with the company's leadership. The person will also be responsible for identifying, aligning, tracking and driving growth projects for the organization.

Team
Making an impact. What will you do
- In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership of the organization to develop the organization's corporate strategy
- Further, you will work with the growth & strategy teams to translate the corporate strategy into specific growth actions for various business teams
- Additionally, you will manage the project control office to track, review and drive actions on various growth projects
- Furthermore, you will manage the company's Business Intelligence Program covering market opportunities, competition tracking, industry developments & economy trends
- Moreover, you are in charge for managing the CX program including annual survey, report and actions
- Working closely with senior leadership on business performance analysis and presentation is a part of your responsibility
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or commerce with MBA in Finance and/or Marketing
- Further, you have twelve to fifteen (12-15) years of total experience with minimum three (3) years experience in a Corporate Growth & Strategy role. Experience in Sales or Marketing function in Industrial Gases/Chemical/Hydrocarbon sector will be an advantage
