Role Purpose
To lead and drive the sales function for full home interior projects, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive conversion of leads into confirmed orders.
- Monitor sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Designers, and Business Development teams.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Build a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Handle key customer escalations and support closure of high-value deals.
- Improve customer satisfaction and referral generation.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Strengthen relationships with architects, builders, channel partners, and influencers.
- Expand market presence and brand visibility.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
- Monitor CRM usage and sales reporting.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.

Qualification
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in Full Home Interiors, Modular Furniture, Home Improvement, Real Estate, or related industries preferred.

- Must have handled a sales team of 30–50 members, including Sales Managers, Designers, Business Development Executives, and support staff.
