Your new role
As an Associate Functional Programmer, you will generate and maintain monitoring reports that support Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) across Novo Nordisk's clinical trial portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that safeguard trial quality and patient safety.

In Research & Development, you'll be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools, and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.
You will be based in our Global Business Services centre in Bengaluru, working as part of the Trial Monitoring & Reporting team. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through robust reporting frameworks. You'll collaborate daily with colleagues at headquarters and across our global clinical operations, with opportunities for international travel for training and stakeholder engagement.
