Location: Across India (Bangalore preferred)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend applications and supporting existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Design and manage database schemas using SQL
- Collaborate with frontend teams and other stakeholders
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java
- Basic to intermediate experience in Spring Boot framework
- Good understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
- Understanding of OOP concepts and data structures
- Basic familiarity with Git/version control
Good to Have
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – basic level)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
