Key Responsibilities
- Build ingestion (MQTTAPIPostgres/Timescale) with idempotent writes
- Implement multi-tenant RBAC, CSV/PDF exports, rule engine (threshold/event) & alerts panel
- Ship 5 MVP pages + PWA offline (downtime/maintenance)
- Stand up staging/prod on VPS, CI/CD, backups, monitoring
