FlexiPayment is the youngest but a promising Fintech startup in the country with a mission to empower business enterprises with technology-led, cost-efficient, flexible working capital solutions. It is promoted by a group of bankers with cumulative Lending experience of over 100 years. FlexiPayment is dedicated to changing the Business Finance Horizon for small businesses in the country.

Role Description - What You'll Do:

Convert Founder instructions into clear tasks & follow-ups

Coordinate with stakeholders

Track tasks, deadlines, and remove execution gaps

Assist in fundraise activities

Prepare daily/weekly status updates for leadership

Who You Are

Excellent communicator (written + verbal) & Tech-comfortable (basics of MSOffice, AI tools, handling data, analysis etc.)

Detail-oriented, organized, calm, and high ownership

Quick learner with strong problem-solving attitude

Exposure to fintech or similar fields will be a plus

Preferably a CA / MBA-finance or equivalent
