Role Description
As an Associate Founder at SNH Innovation LLP, you will play a pivotal role in research and development efforts to advance innovative cancer therapies. Your responsibilities will include leading scientific investigations, managing laboratory operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic planning for the company's growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
- Strong scientific research skills, with expertise in Nanoparticulate technologies, immunotherapy, and antibody drug conjugates.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in oncology research or drug development is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific findings effectively.
