Associate - Founder's Office

UF Academy & Studios (UFAS) is building a global Coach-Creation-Engine™ based in India for the world.

Through URJA, our flagship resilience and lifestyle coaching ecosystem, we work across fitness, education, law enforcement, hospitality, corporate well-being, and community impact. Our programs integrate movement science, neuropsychology-informed lifestyle coaching, resilience frameworks, and performance systems to help individuals and organizations build Calm Energy™.

UFAS is also the South Asia partner of the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), one of the world's leading fitness education organizations.

As we expand our partnerships across gyms, schools, hospitality, insurance, corporate sectors, public institutions, and strategic alliances, we are seeking an Associate – Founder's Office to work closely with the founder and leadership team.

This is a high-learning, high-exposure role designed for individuals seeking firsthand experience in strategy, partnerships, growth, and execution within a fast-evolving organization.

Assist strategic partnerships and business outreach initiatives

•Coordinate conversations and follow-ups with ecosystem partners

•Help maintain meeting cadence across partnerships and growth initiatives

•Conduct company, market, and partnership research

•Support the founder's office execution across projects, events, and strategic priorities

•Assist with decks, reports, proposals, and communications

•Track opportunities, timelines, and action items across teams

•Contribute to growth initiatives across wellness, education, lifestyle care, and performance ecosystems

•Support strategic initiatives spanning hospitality, insurance, CSR, fitness, and public-private partnerships

• Participate in high-level discussions and gain exposure to startup strategy and business building

Candidates with backgrounds in Founder's Office, startups, consulting, sports management, MBA, business, communication, or growth are encouraged to apply.

Recent graduates with exceptional ownership and communication skills may also apply.
