Associate Founder s Office

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong ownership, a problem-solving mindset, and are comfortable handling ambiguity. The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter, capable of independently driving initiatives, coordinating across teams, and ensuring effective execution of high-priority projects. The role does not operate within fixed boundaries and requires adaptability, initiative, and a solution-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Work on strategic projects, business priorities, and high-impact initiatives.

Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments across fintech and fixed income markets.

Support evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, growth initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.

Prepare business plans, presentations, investment notes, management reports, and strategic documentation.

Translate founder priorities into actionable plans and drive execution across teams.

Track organizational priorities and ensure timely completion of founder-led initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and drive project execution.

Prepare dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and business updates for leadership review.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational efficiencies.

Take ownership of special projects and drive execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields, along with a mandatory MBA/PGDM qualification.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

● Founder's Office

● Strategy

● Business Operations

● Financial Services

● Fintech

● Investment Platforms

● Capital Markets

● Business Analytics

● Cross-functional leadership support roles Prior exposure to fintech, fixed income markets, investments, wealth management, capital markets, NBFCs, or financial institutions will be preferred.
