Company Description Leadre Proptech is an independent property advisory firm dedicated to helping homebuyers make informed, structured decisions before purchase and possession. The company supports buyers at two critical stages: before commitment, through advisory, agreement review, and risk assessment, and before possession, through a detailed 220-point property verification framework. This framework evaluates key functional and quality aspects of apartments to surface issues such as seepage, plumbing defects, or finishing inconsistencies before they become costly problems. Leadre operates solely as a buyer-side advisory, does not represent developers, and does not participate in property transactions, ensuring an unbiased perspective aligned with the buyer's interests. The company's mission is to provide clarity before commitment and confidence before possession.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives across operations, strategy, and customer experience, acting as a force multiplier for the founders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing analyses and reports, and supporting the design and refinement of property advisory and verification processes. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, helping manage key projects and timelines, and supporting the execution of pilots and new service offerings. The Founder's Associate will also assist with data tracking, preparing presentations and dashboards, creating process documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.

Compensation Model: This opportunity is strictly based on a revenue-sharing arrangement. We are seeking entrepreneurial professionals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term growth. Candidates looking for a fixed salary or guaranteed compensation are advised not to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Organisational and project management skills to handle multiple workstreams, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, basic analytics tools) to track metrics, evaluate experiments, and support decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and represent the founders in select internal and external interactions.
• High ownership mindset, willingness to get hands-on with operational details, and openness to learning in a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, startups, real estate, or operations is a plus.
• Interest in real estate, property advisory, or proptech, and alignment with Leadre's mission to protect homebuyers interests.
