Associate - Food & Beverage

About the Client:

One of our Dubai based client (Hafla - https://hafla.com/) is hiring for a talented Associate - Food & Beverage. As part of the F&B team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling F&B inquiries for events. You'll help planners by sourcing menus, coordinating with caterers, and ensuring smooth communication on requirements like cuisines, dietary preferences, and service styles.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with catering suppliers to gather menus, pricing, and availability.

Maintain a database of caterers segmented by cuisine, scale, and specialties.

Assist planners by suggesting suitable caterers as per client requirements.

Ensure dietary restrictions and special menu requests are managed correctly.

Track quotations, negotiations, and confirmations in CRM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (14 years of experience).

Knowledge of F&B, catering operations, or hospitality industry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Fluent in English & Hindi; additional languages a plus.

Proficient in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets.
