We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Financial Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI dashboard creation, financial and accounting datasets, and data modeling using DAX queries. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, reporting, and financial insights generation, combined with advanced technical skills in data visualization and modeling. You will play a crucial role in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable financial insights to various stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze and model complex financial and accounting datasets to support strategic business decisions and reporting requirements.
- DAX Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize DAX queries to ensure efficient data calculations, robust reporting, and high performance within Power BI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other business units, to gather requirements, understand data nuances, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Data Quality & Consistency: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data across all reports and dashboards.
- Performance Enhancement: Optimize data models to significantly enhance reporting performance and user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, best practices in data visualization, and advancements in financial analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:6 to 10 years of experience in financial data analysis and Power BI dashboard development.
- Power BI Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Financial Data Understanding: Strong understanding of financial and accounting datasets and comprehensive reporting requirements.
- Data Modeling Expertise: Proven expertise in data modeling techniques and performance optimization specifically within Power BI.
- Software Skills: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Analytical Aptitude: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certification in Microsoft Power BI.
