About the Role
As an Associate Financial Analyst III within the Life & Health Financial Planning & Analysis (L&H FP&A) team, you will be part of a talented pool of analysts responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the Business Unit Life & Health Reinsurance (BU L&H Re). You will partner closely with client managers, underwriters, and senior stakeholders across global markets - initially focusing on a specific region (Americas, EMEA, Asia) - to deliver meaningful financial insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
About the Team
The L&H FP&A team serves as the Performance Architect and Commercial Advisor of the Business Unit, crafting transparency on financial performance, driving performance strategy, enabling resource and capital allocation, supporting performance initiatives, and delivering commercial advice to key stakeholders.
Within L&H Finance, the Bangalore team is an integral and valued part of the global FP&A function, supporting through data management, performance analysis and reporting, forward-looking modelling, and advanced analytics. The team is agile, driven, and deeply collaborative - offering team members the opportunity to delve into financial performance data, manage key stakeholder requests, and contribute meaningfully to global business outcomes. As a Financial Analyst in this team, you will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making in a truly international environment.
