Associates - Finance!
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day Opportunity-to-Cash activities for the CPM support function.
- Contribute to the meeting on the turnaround time for achieving KPIs.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy & correctness of activities performed, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements.
- Actively communicate with other team members and internal customers and manage solving commercial issues.
- Supports the Commercial Project Manager to select and involve partners/subcontractors.
- Ensures the internal and external Project compliances (like timely invoicing, cost booking, bank guarantees processing etc.).
- Handling various stakeholders like customers, vendors, internal and external auditors etc.
