Associate Finance & Accounts

T-Hub is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to support end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, billing, receivables and payables, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS and audit coordination. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
• Manage billing across T-Hub entities, including invoice generation in Nexudus and reconciliation in Zoho Books.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, payment documentation and collections follow-ups.
• Perform bank, vendor, ledger and payment-gateway reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance, including working papers, returns and timely payments.
• Prepare MIS reports, aging reports and financial data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support statutory, internal and fixed-asset audits.
• Ensure books and supporting documentation remain accurate, timely and audit-ready.

Who We're Looking For

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent, pursuing or completed.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, accounting operations, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, taxation/compliance, or similar roles.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Exposure to Zoho Books, Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Someone who is hands-on, willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
