Associate - Finance & Accounts

About the role

Give is structured as a private limited company in India, with affiliate entities in the US (a C corp, and a 501c3 foundation). An 8 member finance team, based in Bangalore, manages all the finance operations for all business divisions and entities. This team is supported by tax and legal advisors, both in the US and in India, as needed

.We're looking for a Hands-on Accounting Associate to own our accounting function for multiple entities. You will manage everything from day-to-day entries to supporting year-end statutory audits and regulatory compliance filings

• ntMulti-Entity Bookkeeping: Maintain high-fidelity books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho for various business unit
• s.Audit Readiness: Take full ownership of the General Ledger and support Statutory Audit
• s.Banking & Treasury: Manage daily banking operations, monitor liquidity, and coordinate with banking partners for seamless treasury managemen

t.2. Taxation & Statutory Complian

• ceTax Filings: Execute timely and accurate filings for GST, TDS, and Income Ta
• x.Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all secretarial and statutory requirements are met without lapses or penaltie

s.3. Operational Excellence (AR/A

• P)Working Capital Management: Drive the full cycle of Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) across all product line
• s.Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with internal teams to ensure airtight documentation for every receipt and paymen
• t.Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in accounting workflows and utilize technology/Excel to automate manual task
