Associate - Finance & Accounts

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial statements.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure that the company's financial goals are met.
• Developing financial policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Managing the company's tax and audit functions, including preparation of tax returns and coordination of external audits.
• Developing financial models and conducting analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing the company's cash flow and liquidity, including forecasting and managing working capital requirements.

A successful Finance & Accounts professional should have strong financial and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
