Associate, Fin Reporting and Accounting

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for handling monthly analysis of expenses, month end closing activities including preparation of various schedules, performing analysis/trending of expenses, assisting in smooth audit closure (Statutory, Tax, Transfer pricing, internal audits), assisting in filing of GST monthly returns, annual returns & reconciliation of monthly GST input credits, assisting in filing GST refund application, assisting the team in monthly/quarterly/yearly group reporting activities (HFM & Hyperion), assisting the team in maintaining & updating various SOP's (standard operating processes) in finance, any other adhoc activities on need basis.

Efforts spent would be approximately, 50% on month end activities, analytics, preparation of various schedules & audit related works, 25% of the efforts on GST & Group reporting related works, 10% on updation of SOP's , 15% on adhoc work on need basis.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Month end Closure and Group Reporting
• Prepare Balance sheet & PL schedules monthly & maintain timely & accurate account
• Analysis of expenses
• Group reporting, assisting in filing GST returns, reconciliation of GST input credits, GST Refund and Audits.
• Assisting in smooth closure of statutory audit, tax audit and TP Other adhoc works.
  
  

Required Experience

• Fresher or 1 to 2+ years hands on experience in general
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Articleship with Big Four is a must
• Strong MS office skills, excel skills, ERP would be an added advantage
  
  

Education / Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Qualification : CA Qualified
